Acceptance of Terms

These Package Terms & Conditions apply to package purchases made with The Best Family Wellness, operated by The Best Wellness Sdn. Bhd.

By proceeding with a package purchase and making payment, you confirm to these Package Terms & Conditions and agree to the applicable booking, cancellation, payment and refund conditions stated below.

Package Purchase

All package purchases are subject to the prices, benefits, eligible services and conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Package credits will only be issued upon successful payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for reviewing the package details before completing their purchase.

Validity

All packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any remaining unused credits will automatically expire upon reaching the expiry date.

Sharing

Package credits may be shared with family members and friends with the package owner's authorisation. The original purchaser remains responsible for all authorised redemptions and usage of the package balance.Management reserves the right to request reasonable verification before allowing redemption to prevent unauthorised use.

Eligible Treatments

Package credits may be used for eligible Foot Massage, Thai Massage and Aroma Oil Body Massage treatments. Customers may choose their preferred treatment, sufficient available credits, appointment availability and the outlet's operating arrangements.

Redemption & Outlet Restriction

Packages must be redeemed at the respective outlet’s counter and are valid only at the outlet where they were purchased. Cross-outlet redemption or transfer is not permitted.

Booking & Cancellation

Package credits are redeemable throughout outlet operating hours on both weekdays and weekends, subject to advance booking and availability.

All appointments, amendments, cancellations and no-shows are subject to our standard Booking Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

All package purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Purchased or unused package credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded partially on request or converted into other monetary benefits.

General Conditions

Management reserves the right to prevent misuse of package benefits and make updates to these terms where reasonably necessary for operational, administrative or legal purposes.By purchasing a package, customers acknowledge and agree to these Package Terms & Conditions and our Booking Terms & Conditions.
